Emma (Tucker) Skinner and Pearl L. Skinner. My grandmother (Pearl Skinner) wrote in pencil on the back "Mother and Pearl, summer 1923." She didn't record the location. Gramma Pearl had moved to Sacramento sometime before the 1920 US Census, where she was a buyer for a women's wear store. In later years she told me that her mother came and lived with her for a while in Sacramento. The building in back of this house looks like an apartment complex such as might be found in Sacramento, but this could have been taken on a visit back to Delta.
